We have set up online booking to enable you to book your appointments in your own time. We have also set up a new booking system which reminds you of appointments to try to avoid missed appointments. Recently we have had quite a few last minute cancellations and people not coming to their appointments so we are now asking for a £15 deposit when booking appointments.

We ask you please give us 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If we receive 24 hours notice we will keep your deposit to cover loss of earnings as we may not be able fill your appointment at short notice. If you do not attend your appointment we will charge you for the full appointment as we will not be able to fill it. We hope you understand we are trying to keep our charges down so by implementing this new system. We hope you understand and support us in this decision.
